Born and raised in Saskatoon, SK. I moved to Petawawa in May of 2010. I was a competitive cheerleader for 9 years traveling around Canada and the states. I was active my entire life growing up. I have been a trainer since I was 18 years old. My dream was to be able to motivate and inspire others thru health and fitness and hopefully to open my own gym someday and in October 2010 my dream was made a reality. Before CrossFit Poise opened its doors, I worked at a couple other gyms in Saskatoon and was formerly known as Poise Fitness & Training and ran indoor/outdoor boot camps and personal training in Saskatoon and then in Ontario. Helping others help themselves and do what they never thought they were capable of doing is so fulfilling in this career. Goals are set and achieved daily. Freeing people of any physical burdens, as best that I can, in a SAFE and SUPPORTIVE environment is my purpose and passion in life and I am blessed and grateful for the continued belief and support of everyone around me and those I continue to meet along the way. I will only continue to better myself as a coach and person to better the gym and its trainers and everyone it encounters. I know this is what I am meant to be doing in life because I look forward to waking up every single day.
