    Mobility for Athletes- Upper Body:

    REGISTER NOW HERE
    Join Casey Easton, Integrated Yoga Tune Up® instructor and yoga teacher, as she leads you through a self-massage, myofascial release and mobility workshop that will have your shoulders moving freely with a foundation of stability. This workshop will be packed with relevant content including tips for recovery and breathing, why it’s necessary to have mobile shoulders and how the shoulders relate to the rest of your body, like your core and your hips.

    Upper and Lower Body Workshops are $35 each. If you register for both, you get a free Alpha ball.

    We’ll target these specific areas, with plenty more:

    – upper back and neck: traps, rhomboids, levator scapula
    – shoulders: rotator cuff, deltoids, lats
    – chest: pecs major and minor, subclavius, sternocleidomastoid, scalenes
    – arms: biceps, triceps, forearms, hands

    No yoga experience necessary. This workshop is for every BODY.
