Our CrossFit program is delivered in a fun and motivating group environment of up to 6-10 athletes of a variety of levels in a class. We will walk you through some of the foundational movements; explain the methodology behind the programming. Before you can jump in with the groups, however, you will need to go through our Intro to CrossFit. This involves 8 sessions (2x per week Monday and Wednesday’s 6-7pm for 4 weeks- other options may be available if those times do not work. Please email for more info.) with one of our trainers to go over the fundamentals of the CrossFit philosophy, the movements we use, and the basics of our recommended nutrition approach. With these session, you will have a better understanding of what CrossFit is, and most importantly how much it benefits you and prep you for the other group classes.
