Our mission is to create a CrossFit community and family that help people at every age and every stage in their life realize their fitness potential and improve their quality of living overall.
Being a part of CrossFit is not a fad; you cannot even really explain it in words, sure there is a definition of what is CrossFit, but you need to experience it. From a holistic point of few on fitness, I can say that CrossFit is the most beneficial regime out there when done safely and properly while being coached by someone that understands limitations and when something needs to be scaled or substituted. With this and CrossFit you will reach your optimal fitness level. CrossFit affects each our lives in areas where we least expect it.
Whether it’s taking care of the grandkids or playing with your kids at the park, planting a garden, playing hockey or running in a race to put out a fire or catch the bad guys. CrossFit shows time and time again to never give up, that failure is never an option as long as you keep trying. In a box anything is possible.
Where else other than a CrossFit gym do you find retirees, firefighters, dentists, real estate agents, teenagers, and housewives sweating together, encouraging each other to do their very best in a workout of the day (WOD). CrossFit is one of the only sports where the person finishing last gets the loudest cheers!
